Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We deliver nationwide via trusted courier services. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days; remote areas may take longer.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations, with delivery taking 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Shipping Costs

Fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order size. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value as promoted from time to time.

Tracking & Delivery

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can follow it with the courier.

Liability & Delays

We're not liable for delays caused by strikes, weather, or customs processing. Risk transfers to you once your order is delivered to the address you provided.
